We had an incredible time at Vitafoods Europe in Geneva, Switzerland. It was wonderful to catch up with friends and colleagues and to meet so many inspiring companies ready to grow with our lipid encapsulation technologies and eclectic supplement flavoring capabilities.
Virun’s gregarious culture infused our team and booth with color, positive energy, creativity, and a dash of irreverent wild that certainly drew the crowds forth! It was a brilliant opportunity for our global team, including representatives from the US, Canada, the UK and Ireland to really cohere and spark ideas off one another. If you have met us, you will know that we are not the ‘suited and booted’ kind, and frankly, our authenticity resonates wide.
We showcased the delicious algae derived Omega 3 DHA & MCT in ‘Not Peanut Butter’ and ‘Vanilla Fudge’ flavors. As well as Cyanotech’s BioAstin ‘Red Velvet Cake’ Hawaiian grown Astaxanthin: A super carotenoid enhanced with vegan D3 from Lichen mushroom, MK7 Vitamin K2 from Chickpeas and a blend of functional mushrooms: Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Kings Trumpet and Chaga.
Another hit was Virun and Micra’s exclusive partnership creation of CELLF 2.0, lipid emulsion containing Glutathione, PQQ and CoQ10. “The anti-aging, mitochondrial biogenesis benefits of CELLF 2.0 are unrivaled,” (Philip Bromley, Virun CEO).
To top off Vitafoods Europe, our Marketing Director Sara Fenn delivered an impressive, passionate and educational presentation on the pervasiveness of toxic preservatives, oxidized fish oil and ineffective powder supplements in the industry. A talk that garnered a round of applause and drew many listeners back to the Virun booth.
We can’t wait for the next European show and we will be back in Europe in Barcelona for Vitafoods Europe in May 2024. See you then!
